This policy protects the integrity, security, content, and educational purpose of ExamAlly. It forms part of the Terms of Service.

1. Account rules

  • Do not share, sell, rent, transfer, or resell accounts.
  • Do not use another person’s account or create accounts to evade restrictions.
  • Do not provide false identity, age, payment, or account information.

2. Content protection

  • Do not scrape, bulk copy, redistribute, or publicly post ExamAlly content.
  • Do not use ExamAlly content to build competing services, datasets, or AI systems.

3. Technical abuse

  • Do not use bots, automation, or vulnerability scanning without written permission.
  • Do not bypass rate limits, authentication, paywalls, or security controls.
  • Do not upload malware or attempt denial-of-service attacks.

4. Academic integrity

  • Do not use ExamAlly to cheat in a real exam or live assessment.
  • Do not misrepresent ExamAlly scores as official scores.

5. Enforcement

CogniHex may investigate, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, and deny refunds where lawful. See also the Academic Integrity and Educational Disclaimer.
