This policy explains how CogniHex uses AI in relation to ExamAlly content and how to interpret AI-assisted materials.

1. Current AI use

• AI tools may be used internally to assist with drafting, checking, classifying, or improving questions, solutions, and explanations.
• OpenAI and Google Gemini may be used for internal content creation and quality support only.
• The consumer product does not include a live AI tutor, chatbot, or AI marking of user answers.
• Learner personal data, practice answers, profile data, and flashcard text are not sent to third-party AI providers for live AI processing.
• Published content is reviewed through editorial quality control, but errors may remain.

2. Accuracy

AI-assisted and human-reviewed content may contain mistakes. ExamAlly content is for practice only and is not official exam authority.

3. User restrictions

Users must not use ExamAlly content to train, fine-tune, or improve AI systems or competing services.

4. Future AI features

If CogniHex introduces AI tutoring, marking, or personalised feedback, updated notices and privacy information will be provided where required.
