This policy applies to consumer purchases of ExamAlly fixed-duration Premium access unless a separate written agreement applies.

1. Access model

ExamAlly sells fixed-duration Premium access, not auto-renewing subscriptions. Premium begins after successful Stripe checkout and expires on the date shown in your account.

2. Immediate digital supply

Paid access is digital content supplied immediately after successful payment. By completing a purchase, you request immediate access and acknowledge that any statutory 14-day cancellation right may be lost once digital supply begins, subject to statutory rights. Free Topic Practice is available before purchase.

3. No refunds after access starts

Subject to statutory rights, CogniHex does not provide refunds once Premium access has started, including change of mind, non-use, or dissatisfaction with exam performance.

4. When refunds may be considered

• A CogniHex technical issue prevents access to paid content and access cannot be restored within 14 days after we receive information reasonably needed to investigate.
• Duplicate payment, billing error, or unauthorised charge confirmed.
• Statutory consumer rights require repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund.
• Discretionary goodwill refund or credit (no future entitlement).

5. Complaints

Send requests to contact@cognihex.com with account email, payment reference, and issue summary. CogniHex aims to respond within 7 to 14 days.
